Registration will be $45.00 per member and should be made by September 30th, 2023. Registrations received after September 30th, 2023 are subject to a $25 late registration fee.. Again, all registrations must be done and paid online. Mailed registrations and payments will not be accepted by the Salem Elks Lodge. Attending spouses who are members of a lodge are required to pay full registration. There is no registration charge for visitors if they are not members of the Order or out-of-state guests. For those attending the banquet, which is open to all attendees, you will also make your banquet reservation when registering and payment will be included with your registration. You can also pre-reserve and prepay lunched for both Friday and/or Saturday. If you are ready to register click the “Register Now” button bellow to start your registration. We welcome all guests to join us for the following activities at the Salem Elks Lodge.
Thursday 10/12
We will have a meatloaf dinner with green beans and mashed potatoes for $10 as well as karaoke.
Saturday 10/14
Following the seminar the lodge will be open for dinner of smoked ribs, baked beans, and coleslaw for $15 as well as entertainment by the Orvil Ivie Duo playing classic rock and more for those guests who would like to spend an evening enjoying the hospitality of the lodge.

The Salem Elks lodge has prepared the following menus for our guests during the upcoming Fall Seminar
Friday 10/13 - Lunch
Guests will have a choice of a chicken Caesar salad or a chicken sandwich with fries for $12.50 per person.
Friday 10/13 - VIP Banquet
Attendees will have a choice of smoked New York strip loin served with veggie and rice pilaf or chicken fettuccini Alfredo (vegetarian on request). Dinner will include salad, bread, and dessert for $35 per person (including gratuity)
Saturday 10/14 - Lunch
The lodge will have a hearty Italian lunch of cavitini pasta and salad for $12.50 per person.
All meals can be pre-ordered and pre-payed while registering for the Fall Seminar.
